本研究之目的在於發展量表，運用實證的方式建構新娘秘書美容彩妝造型服務模式，並且探討模式變數之間的影響關餘，統計方式則是運用結構方程模式進行分析與驗證。研究結果顯示半數的未婚女性考慮在1-2年結婚，顯示未來1-2年內應該是新娘秘書其有發展的時機。假設模式經過綜合檢視配過度的數值，大部分的數值皆未符合建議標準，模式應當加以修正。經過聯結6項觀察變數的方式，修正後的新娘秘書美容彩妝造型服務模式合乎建議之數值，模式之建構效度良好。模式影響關條以貼身服務與時間配合的影響關條最高，其次是專業彩妝造型與貼身服務，建議提高新娘秘書美容彩妝造型的接受度，新娘秘書在專業彩妝造型自我的充實，利用網路、口碑、報章雜誌、口耳相傳、作品參考等方式提升個人知名度，言丁定時間行程表，以提供即峙的貼身服務。

The purpose of this study was to develop a scale and framework for the model of makeup and styling services provided by bridal secretary， and to discuss the relationship between each variable. This model was analyzed and verified by structural equation modeling (SEM). The results revealed that half of the single women respondents are considering to get married within 1 or 2 years， which indicates that the 1-2 years to come will be the timing to develop the bridal secretary business. Most figures acquired through the first hypothesis model are concluded as not meeting the requirements through a comprehensive review， therefore this model shall be revised. To revise the model， six variables are linked together， so that the construct validity of the model of makeup and styling services from bridal secretaries becomes acceptable and it fits the suggested value after the second revision.Personal and exclusive service has the highest relationship with fullycooperation in schedule， and the second one was the relationship between professionalmakeup and styling and personal& exclusive service. In order to enhance acceptance for bridal secretary offering makeup and styling service， it is suggested that bridal secretaries shall continuously get updates of fashion news， promote their own works on the websites， newspapers， magazines or by the word of mouth. Bridal secretaries shall make clear and firm schedule as to provide on time personal and exclusive service.
