地球暖化效應促使世界各國致力於再生能源的開發與利用,太陽能較不受地域或環境的限
制,適合在校園中推廣使用,目前太陽能發電的方式有太陽能熱發電和太陽光伏發電兩種,太陽光伏發電即所謂的太陽光電發電,其系統分為獨立型、市電併聯型與防災型三種,從民國.. 89年施行「太陽光電發電系統設置補助」措施起,太陽光電發電系統陸續進入校園,本文以雲林縣斗六市的一所國民小學為例,說明太陽光電發電系統在校園設置與使用情形,在太陽光電發電系統普遍成為校園設施時,對於發電系統的配備與設置、系統運作後的發電效益、電力設施安全及對校園能源與環境教育的影響,值得我們深入探討研究。

英文摘要

The effects of global warming have compelled all nations to be devoted to development and utilization of renewable energy. Because solar energy is less confined to geographical or environmental constraints, it can be utilized in school campuses. The common solar energy generating methods can be generally classified into solar thermal power generation and photovoltaic (PV) power generation. There are three types of PV power systems, including stand-alone PV power system, grid-connected system,
and backup PV power system. Since implementation of the “Policy of Subsiding Installation of Solar Power Generating Systems” in 2000, many schools have installed solar power systems in their campuses.
This study used an elementary school in Douliou City, Yunlin County as an example to explain installation and use of solar power systems in campus. As solar power systems are becoming a common campus facility, issues such as deployment, power generating efficiency, and safety of the systems as
well as their impact on campus energy or environmental education are really worthy of an in-depth investigation.
