氫氟酸早已廣泛用於日常生活中，更是半導體產業中不可或缺的重要原料，而半導體工業一直是我國重要的產業之一，因此國人接觸氫氟酸以及受到氫氟酸灼傷的機會也不斷的在增加。氫氟酸除了會造成臨床上最常見的皮膚表面灼傷以外，也會破壞體內的器官和系統，甚至造成電解質不平衡，並產生全身系統性的症狀。本文報告一個手部遭受手部氫氟酸灼傷後產生系統性低血鈣症的個案，經葡萄糖酸鈣溶液浸泡治療後改善的經驗。此種併發症及治療方法在手部氫氟酸灼傷的臨床病例中均較少見，故經整理後在此提出供大家參考，除了提醒醫師不可輕忽此類病人可能潛藏的危險外，也提供臨床上另一種值得考慮採用的治療方式。

The using of hydrofluoric acid is common in our life. Due to the important role in semicon-ductor industry, the opportunity of burn injury by exposure to the hydrofluoric acid increases gradually in our country. Hydrofluoric acid burns make not only rapid dermal injury, but also
severe organ failure, electrolyte imbalance and systemic toxicity. We report a case of hydroflu-oric acid burn over bilateral hands complicated with hypocalcemia and the condition was re-lieved after treatment with local calcium gluconate solution soaking. It reminds physicians of not to ignore the potentially fetal risk of small area burn injury by hydrofluoric acid, and pro-vides another clinically convenient and effective method for topical treatment.
