勞工健康檢查是職業衛生預防與保健重要措施之一。至目前國內勞工健檢實驗室生化採血管逐漸以塑膠材質取代玻璃材質。在檢驗過程中，相同分析方法使用不同採血管，會影響部分檢驗項目之結果。研究比較美國紐澤西州 Becton Dickinson (BD) 紅頭空白玻璃真空採血管，及奧地利Greiner紅頭塑膠真空採血管，共收集20位自願者之血液檢體，進行ALT、Albumin、ALP、Amylase、AST、DBIL、TBILI、TCHO、Creatinine、CK、CKMB、GGT、Glucose、HDL-C、LD、Lipase、TCa、Mg2+、K+、Na+、Cl-、IP、TP、TG、BUN、UA 等26項生化分析結果之比較。以 Paired t-tests 發現此兩種採血管，在 Lipase、ALT、HDL-C、TCa、Mg2+
、DBIL、Cl- 等項目具統計學上(P＜0.05)之差異。進一步做 Passing-Bablok 回歸分析，及Boyanton與Blick建議之方法評估，顯示不具影響職業疾病醫師判讀之差異（glass mean±2.8 usual SD）。證實Greiner紅頭塑膠真空採血管適用於當日採檢之生化分析。

Labor’s health examinations are one of the important measures for the occupational health care. Up to now, the glass blood collection materials used in domestic labor health examination laboratories have been gradually replaced by the plastic ones. In the process of tests, the use of blood collection tubes of different materials would affect the results of some test items using the same test method. In this study, a omparison was made between the red-top glass vac-uum blood collection tubes produced by the US New Jersey-based Becton Dickinson (BD) and the red-top plastic vacuum blood collection tubes made by the Austria-based Greiner in 26 blood tests on 20 volunteer subjects - ALT、Albumin、ALP、Amylase、AST、DBIL、TBILI、TCHO、Creatinine、CK、CKMB、GGT、Glucose、HDL-C、LD、Lipase、TCa、Mg2+、K+、Na+、Cl-、IP、TP、TG、BUN and UA. The results of paired t-tests showed a statistical differ-ence (P<0.05) between the two blood collection tubes in the tests of Lipase、ALT、HDL-C、TCa、Mg2+、DBIL and Cl-. Passing-Bablok Regression Analysis and the evaluations suggested by Boyanton and Blick were futher conducted. The results suggested no differences were found in the interpretaions made by doctors of occupational disease (glass mean±2.8 usual SD), which has proved the applicability of Greiner’s red-top plastic vacuum blood collection tubes in the biochemical tests on the blood samples taken on the same day.
