本研究旨在探討屏東縣國民小學校長轉型課程領導對教師專業承諾的影響及其關係,以做為提升學校效能的參考。在研究方法上,首先透過文獻探討,建立研究的理論基礎,並採用問卷調查方法,抽取屏東縣公立國民小學37校,共483位教師進行問卷調查,問卷回收經整理有效問卷為397份,回收率為80.5%。最後,利用二階驗證性因素分析、敘述統計、積差相關、迴歸分析等方法進行工具發展與資料分析,並獲得的結論如下:(一)屏東縣國民小學教師知覺校長轉型課程領導與教師專業承諾之現況,均屬於良好情形。(二)屏東縣國民小學校長轉型課程領導與教師專業承諾之間具顯著正相關。(三)屏東縣國民小學校長轉型課程領導能正向影響教師專業承諾。根據上述結論,本研究提出具體建議,以供學校發展策略之參考。

英文摘要

This study aims at discussing the influence of principals’ transformation of curriculum leadership on teachers’ professional commitment and its relationship for elementary school principals in Pingtung County. Through literature reviews to set up the theoretical research structure, a questionnaire survey was employed. 37 public and private elementary schools in Pingtung County were selected and a total of 483 teachers were distributed with the questionnaire. 397 valid copies of our questionnaire were collected with the validity at 80.5%. The statistical methods included second-order CFA, descriptive statistics, correlation and regression. The conclusions obtained in this study are as follows: (1) the current condition of transformation of curriculum leadership of elementary school principals and professional commitment of teachers in Pingtung County is good; (2) the relationship between principals’ transformation of curriculum leadership and teachers’ professional commitment is significantly positive correlated; and (3) the transformation of curriculum leadership of school principal is indeed helpful to teachers’ professional commitment. According to these, we also bring some concrete suggestions as the references for the school development.
