針灸治療是傳統醫學相當重要的一部份,經過幾千年的傳承,到現今不但累積了大量的臨床經驗,也經世界衛生組織承認是有效的治療方式。而功能性核磁共振成像(fMRI)則是現代醫學對於腦部生理以及病理現象研究的重要工具,其可透過偵測大腦皮層的血供流量、流速及去氧程度來推知局部腦組織的活動情況。能夠準確地在動態狀態下顯示人腦的形態結構和功能活動。本文從針刺治療中風後失語症、失智症,針刺鎮痛等方面,根據針刺時功能性核磁共振顯像病人大腦的興奮區域,分析針刺治療可能的中樞作用機轉,以及對最近的相關研究進展做一個整理和探討。
Acupuncture is a very important part of traditional medicine. It has been accumulated a large amount of clinical trails through many years, and was recognized as an effective treatment by World Health Organization. The fMRI, in another hand is an effective diagnostic instrument for brain’s
physiology and pathology to modern medicine. It can show that how local brain tissues act by detecting quantity, velocity and degree of deoxicidizing of circulation of brain cortex. It can also precisely show the morphology and functional activities of human brain. This article analyses the possible central mechanism of acupuncture therapy through the aspects of pain relief and post stroke patient’s aphasia, dementia, and also collates the recent relative researches.
