本研究將根據放電狀況如導弧延遲時間百分比(Td%)與參考值之誤差量即導弧延遲時間誤差量(ETd)、此誤差量的變化量(DETd)、電弧(arcing)發生次數,經由模糊控制(fuzzy control)推論出適當的伺服進給率、放電波修止時間(Toff)、強迫跳躍排渣的觸發訊號,以維持其放電加工之速度。
In this study focusing on a computerized numerical controller (CNC) for an electric discharge machine (EDM), a fuzzy controller for discharge-gap control and discharge-parameters control are proposed in order to improve the erosion performance during the eroding process.
