"Japan-crazy" is not stranger phenomenon or word for us. In recent years, many Taiwan people use Japanese commodities, learning Japanese and read Japanese books. Japan for Taiwanese, is more and more important. This paper will try to explain "what is Japan-crazy?", "what they want?", and focus on Japanese Animation and fans to find the spirit of "Shokunin Culture." We can find Shokunin Culture is the center of Japanese culture. We will find Japanese Animation not only a popular culture, but also a important example of Japanese culture. We will find a kind of special Japanese Animation fans "OTAKU" is important to Japan-crazy tribe in Taiwan.
