英文摘要

Turuku, a strange people never be classified and recognized officially, had claimed that the government must appreciate their renaming/secessionist movement because they used to be classified into Tayal people, for them, a wrong classification. With the advance of Indigenous autonomy movement, they devoted themselves to the renaming/secessionist movement more actively. After Japanese fieldwork, Taiwan Indigenous Peoples were transformed into incipient Nations the kind of Nation related to modem state, but have no activities or claims for self-determination. Owing to not been classified officially, Turuku people has never shown up as an incipient Nation, although Turuku people was an incipient National entity after Japanese fieldwork, indeed. Turuku people had claimed that the government must recognize their identification as well as the will and right on transforming the status of incipient National entity into Turuku Nation in-law status. Turuku people achieves the will successfully, however, the arguments and conflicts on which is the proper name used in law still remain. That perhaps will be the predicaments to Turuku's political development in the future.
