中文摘要

體能活動對視障兒童身體機能、健康狀況、情緒及生活品質的提升上扮演重要角色。本文屬文獻回顧,先就視障兒童缺乏體能活動對生理、心理社會情緒與發展的影響加以敘述,再提出視障兒童參與體能活動及體育課時受到限制的可能因素。最後,本文從教學策略、設施(備)、物理環境或遊戲規則的調整及實例綜合論述之。

英文摘要

Physical activity played an important role in upgrading body functioning、health、emotion status and quality of life to children with visual impairments. From a retrospect view to literature, this article presented the effects the visually impaired children had been affected due to their lack of physical activities. Limitations of participating in physical activities or physical education class the visually-impaired children had encountered were also mentioned and analyzed. Finally, examples of modified physical activities and practical strategies were suggested.
