中文摘要

知識分享是知識管理中一個很重要的因素,知識分享理論如社會交換論、交易成本論、組織權力的觀點或者是資訊科技的觀點,都有相關的研究討論,除了這些組織理論的觀點以外,本研究希望從個人的認知觀點來瞭解知識分享的原因。大專學生是國家經濟體制未來的棟樑,也是企業知識管理未來的主人,瞭解其對知識分享的觀念,有助於企業未來從事知識分享激勵制度的參考,本文以北區大專院校三校共131位學生為樣本,根據所收集的資料整理出768個語幹,資料處理採用內容分析的方式,歸納整理出有關促進知識分享的因素與情境,將影響因素區分為三個層次,一個是發訊者層次,一個是收訊者之層次,最後一個是情境因素,發現並針對較顯著的部分提出說明。研究的結果發現有些符合理論有些未提及,相關結論可提供學校教師、網路教學工作者或企業主在從事分組活動或之事分享活動時,考慮學生的想法,俾能使這樣的活動更有效果。

英文摘要

Knowledge sharing plays an important role in knowledge management field such as social exchange theory, transactional cost theory, organizational power or informational technology perspective. The study explored factors and situations of knowledge sharing of university and college students. Qualitative and open-ended responses to questions were collected from 131 university students form three schools. Content analysis of the open-ended responses further showed that there are 768 themes. We categories into three factors: senders’ factor, receivers’ factors, situations factors. Some conclusions and theories are matched, but some conclusions are not matched theories. The result gives some school teachers and network workers and employers some suggestions. We should take more factors into consideration and do more researches to develop new theories or perspective.
