教學是教育的核心活動,教育改革應落實在教學層面;教師的教學表現,就是教育改革成敗的關鍵。協助教師專業成長以提升教學品質是當前教育改革的重點工作,建構學校本位教學視導制度則是協助教師專業成長的有效途徑。
Teaching is the core of education, and educational reform should be carried out on the level of teaching activities. Teachers’ performance in teaching is the key to the success of educational reform. Assisting teachers to develop their teaching professions and hence improve their teaching performance is the critical point of current educational reform in Taiwan, and constructing a school-based instructional supervision system is the effective way in helping teachers’ professional growth.
