教育評鑑是提昇教育品質、促進教育發展的重要方式之一,然而,評鑑涉及人為的觀察與判斷,近年,對評鑑人員的素養與專業之討論開始浮現,評鑑人員的認證也成為評鑑領域必須面對之重要議題。本文首先回顧國內外重要相關文獻,其次介紹加拿大評鑑人員認證制度與內容,並提出對我國教育評鑑人員認證之具體建議。希冀本文能引發國內教育學者對教育評鑑人員認證之討論,期使我國教育評鑑更進一步邁向專業化的評鑑。

英文摘要

Certification is one serious issue that faces the field of evaluation. There are many clear-cut reasons why it would be desirable to have a certification process for evaluators, both to help improve the practice of evaluation and to further the field’s maturation into a profession. In this article, we reviewed related articles and present the controversies of certifying evaluators. Furthermore, we construe the new policy of credentials evaluators in Canada. We hope it will stimulate discussion and research into certifying evaluators in the near future.
