近年來多排式偵檢器電腦斷層(Multi detector computer tomography, MDCT)的發展從4 排偵檢器至16、32、64、128 排到320 排,以及雙源電腦斷層(Dual sources CT)的問世,皆以追求更短的掃描時間、更方便的操作流程與降低輻射劑量並以擁有更佳的影像品質為目標。MDCT 在冠狀動脈病變上的應用,雖然已具有相當高的準確性,但因受限於受檢者心搏率之穩定度不同的因素所影響,導致影像品質的表現也可能因此而有所差異。本研究主要是針對應用軟體Snapshot Pulse在心臟血管造影技術上的探討,對其取樣方式、重建間隔、螺距、及輻射劑量等技術參數的選擇應用並與螺旋(Helical)掃描方式的比較。

英文摘要

With the recent development of MDCT technology, the number of rows has changed from 4 to 16, 32, 64, 128, and even 320 rows. Both the multi detector and dual-sources CT aim to shorten scan time, improve image quality, and simplify workflow, and ultimately, to reduce the dosage of scan. With numerous software applications dedicated to heart imaging available on MDCT, the ability to accurately diagnose coronary artery disease is excellent. However, the image quality will be affected by different heart rate and body mass index among other factors. This research describes how snapshot pulse is used in coronary CT, and how to choose and use parameters from sampling method, reconstruction phase, pitch, radiation dose, and so on. The result of the study is then used to compare with traditional helical scan.
