近幾年來隨著各醫院醫學影像儲傳系統(Picture Archiving and Communication System; PACS)建置完成,藉由網路傳輸醫學影像解決醫院對龐大醫學影像軟片的儲存空間管理,而本研究目的是藉由建立「醫學影像儲傳系統資訊安全應變作業標準程序」以因應系統突發狀態下之處置。本研究使用醫學影像儲傳系統架構配合多種不同醫療儀器所產生之醫學影像、建立醫學影像相關部門資訊安全應變人員架構及資訊安全應變各組職責,實地模擬醫院的放射科資訊系統(Radiology Information System;RIS)、醫院資訊管理系統(Hospital Information System;HIS)或醫學影像儲傳系統因故障停機時以隨身碟、燒錄式光碟、乾式雷射印片機測試所需的耗材成本及緊急應變影像傳輸所需最短時間。由研究結果得知在影像處理時間隨身碟最快、乾式雷射印片機次之、燒錄式光碟較慢;設備成本分析結果乾式雷射印片機最高、隨身碟次之、燒錄式光碟較低;耗材成本分析結果雷射印片機最高、燒錄式光碟次之、隨身碟無耗材成本。此三種方式可因應不同規模的醫學影像儲傳系統故障停機狀況,在人員編制、職責分配與作業流程可做為其他醫院參考範例。

英文摘要

In recent years, Picture Archiving and Communication System was build with each hospital, and a wide storage space of medical imaging film was managed with network transmission. The purpose of this study is creating a PACS of information security standards for emergency operating procedures to cope with the sudden state of the disposition of the system. In this study, we use architecture of PACS and cater for medical imaging produced by different medical equipments, relevant emergency personnel structure and responsibility for departments of medical imaging information security. We simulated the hospital Radiology Information System (RIS), Hospital Information management System (HIS) or PACS due to downtime and test supplies needed for emergency response costs and the shortest time required for image transmission by flash drives, recordable CDs and dry laser printer. The results of this study show that the image
processing time is the fastest flash drive, dry laser printer is the second, recordable CDs is the third. The result of equipment cost analysis dry laser printer is the highest, flash drive is the second, recordable CDs is the third. The result consumption cost analysis dry laser printer is also the highest, recordable CDs is the second and flash drive without cost.
These three methods can be Correspond to different range of PACS downtime status, the relevant emergency personnel structure and responsibility for departments of medical imaging information security and operational procedures can be used as an example to other hospitals for reference.
