藉由陽極氧化鋁模版運用電化學沉積製備Cu/Ni多段奈米線,經光學顯微鏡、場發射掃瞄式電子顯微鏡觀察Cu/Ni多段奈米線其直徑80 nm、長度各為10 μm,用X光繞射分析儀分析Cu/Ni 多段奈米線具多晶之立方面心組織。穿透式電子顯微鏡觀察奈米金屬均勻地填滿並排列整齊之陣列形貌,運用擇區繞射鑑定晶體結構為面心立方結構。在溫度300 K下,經振動樣品磁度儀對銅/鎳奈米陣列進行磁性量測,垂直底材方向(H⊥)施加磁場,其矯頑磁力(Hc)為435 Oe,角形比(Mr/Ms)為 0.3,水平底材方向(H//)施加磁場,其矯頑磁力為135 Oe,角形比為0.066。結果顯示採用多段分別於銅及鎳鍍液電鍍,可獲Cu/Ni多段奈米線,且Cu/Ni多段奈米線易磁化方向為奈米線軸向。

英文摘要

In this study, Cu and Ni nanowire arrays consisting of multiple segments of each element were fabricated by use of an anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template and an electrodeposition process. The nanowires, examined by using an optical microscope (OM) and a field-emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM), had a diameter of 80 nm and a length of 10 μm for the Cu and Ni segments, respectively. An examination of X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns revealed that both the Cu and the Ni had a polycrystalline structure. Furthermore, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and selected area diffraction (SAD) patterns showed that the array structure had good deposition quality and both metals had face-centered cubic (FCC) lattices. Vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) measurements at a temperature of 300K indicated that the coercivity Hc and squareness Mr/Ms in the direction perpendicular to the substrate (H⊥) were 435 Oe and 0.3, respectively. When the measurement direction was shifted to parallel with the substrate (H//), the coercivity Hc and squareness Mr/Ms became 135 Oe and 0.066. Thus, it was demonstrated that the Cu/Ni nanowires each had an easily magnetized axis along their cylindrical axes.
