為瞭解教師管教方式的代間傳遞情形以及探討相關影響因素,乃以國中教師 1,290 人為研究對
象,再採用教師管教方式及滿意度量表、父母管教方式及滿意度量表、教師管教信念量表及教師自陳管教方式量表等研究工具,獲取所需資料,再以描述統計、皮爾森積差相關、結構方程模式等統計方法進行分析。
結果發現:
(一)教師所採用的管教方式與過去受到父母的管教經驗有顯著的相關存在。
(二)教師管教方式的代間傳遞模式有良好的適配度。
本研究根據上述研究結果加以討論,並提出數點建議,以供後續相關實務工作及研究的參考。
This study investigated the relationship between parenting style and teacher discipline style. To explore the effect of parenting style on teacher discipline style, questionnaires were distrib-uted to 1,290 junior high school teachers in Taiwan. The data obtained was analyzed using Pearson product-moment correlation and path analysis. The results showed that (1) parenting style and teacher discipline style were significantly correlated; and (2) parenting style and teacher discipline style showed a good fit in the intergenerational transmission model.Based on the results, discussion, implication and suggestions for teacher training institutes, parenting education and future research were proposed.
