本文敘述利用台車模擬碰撞進行實車碰撞之模擬,以1次實車前面偏置碰撞測試與3次台車模擬碰撞測試,比較實車碰撞與台車模擬碰撞結果,分析台車測試可否良好模擬實車碰撞之結果。此研究成果顯示,台車模擬碰撞設備重複性佳,然線性模擬系統對於非對稱性碰撞,則需分別以不同加速波形進行車體兩側之碰撞模擬,方可得較客觀之結果;而未直接碰撞衝擊(半破壞性)的台車模擬,則對於深受車體侵入性影響的參數,較難提供良好的模擬效果。

英文摘要

This research describes about using 3 sled tests to simulate a full-scale off-set frontal impact test. According to the analysis of test results, including test data from vehicle body and dummy, we could compare and evaluate the worth of sled test as a crash simulation. In addition, the results of these 3 sled tests provide us about compatibility of sled tests. The result represents an ascendant repeatability of ServoSled system. However, the linear simulation needs individual acceleration-input for each side of vehicle to get objective results, and the indirect impact (semi-destruction) test is difficult to simulate parameters deeply involved with intrusion.
