中文摘要

     本研究目的在探討運動介入及飲食教育對體重、體適能、健康狀態之影響。採類實驗性研究設計,以方便取樣某醫院符合選樣之員工。研究工具包括身高體重計、血糖膽固醇指尖測定儀、及覺健康狀態調查表。介入措施包括運動及飲食衛教。共招收實驗組40人及對照組40人,其中實驗組流失2人,本研究共78位研究對象。於介入措施前及實施介入措施8週後測量研究對象之體重、BMI、體適能、飯前血糖、膽固醇及健康狀態。所收集之資料以描述性統計、t檢定、成對樣本t檢定等方法進行資料處理。研究所得重要結果如下:介入措施執行後實驗組研究對象之體重及BMI顯著下降;三合一健康指數顯著提昇,包括:血壓顯著下降,總膽固醇顯著下降,飯前血糖顯著下降;體適能顯著改善,包括柔軟度、肌力及肌耐力;自覺健康狀況顯著提升。本研究結果可作為推展體重減重之參考。

英文摘要

     The purpose of this quasi-experiment study was to explore the effects of exercise and diet education on body weight, physical fitness, and health status. Eligible subjects were recruited by purposive sampling from a hospital. Research instruments included body height and weight measure, blood pressure monitor, accutrend GCT, and self-evaluated health status questionnaire. Subjects received intervention programs including regular exercise and diet education. There were 38 subjects in the experimental group and 40 subjects in the control group.. Each subject received two interviews, physical fitness tests, finger tests of sugar before meal, cholesterol, health status questionnaires before and after the intervention. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistic, t test, paired-t test and regression. The results showed that the bodyweight, BMI, blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar before meal were significantly decreased after intervention. Subjects reported their physical fitness was significantly improved and perception of health status was significantly increased. The research could serve as a reference for designing weight loss program.
