中文摘要

     規律運動不僅可以促進老人的身、心健康,且能夠達到改善與提升生活品質的目標。已有許多研究結果顯示自我效能是影響老人運動行為最重要的關鍵因素,因此本文主要在介紹自我效能理論、此理論與老人運動行為之關係,以及護理人員如何藉由四種自我效能的來源:執行的成就、替代者的經驗、語言的說服、情緒的激發來強化老人運動行為的自我效能,進而達到維持與促進老人運動行為的目標。

英文摘要

     Regular exercise not only can promote physical and psychological health of older adults, but also can improve and enhance their quality of life. The results of previous studies have shown that self-efficacy is the most important influencing factor for exercise behavior in older adults. The purpose of this article is to introduce self-efficacy theory and its relation with exercise behavior among older adults and to explain how nursing staff can maintain and improve exercise behavior among elderly by applying four major sources of self-efficacy.
