     本研究之主要目的即旨在探討五專護生歷經實習壓力之生活經驗,採現象學研究法收集資料,共選取二十位完成全年實習之五專護生為研究對象,進行一對一之深度訪談。將訪談資料轉錄為文本後,以Collaizzi分析法進行資料的分析與歸納,研究結果顯示,五專護生歷經實習生涯壓力之主觀經驗共可概括為三大類目,分別是:戰戰兢兢--錯綜複雜的情感交織、渴求被接納與肯定,以及成長的體會。本研究並就護生自覺易導致實習壓力的內容進行討論。整體而言,本研究結果有助於對五專護生實習壓力的瞭解,可增進護理教師與護理人員對護生實習壓力感受的理解,並作為指導及輔導護生實習時之參考。

英文摘要

     The purpose of this phenomenological study was to explore the living experience of nursing students during clinical practice. A purposive sample of 20 5th year student nurses who have completed clinical practice participated in the study. Data were collected with a semi-structured interview guide. Subjects* interviews were tape recorded and then transcribed. The content of the interviews was analyzed and categorized using Colaizzi's phenomenological method. Three major themes were found, including worrying-a mixture of feeling, seeking acceptance and approval, and experience of growing-up. These results may help nursing educators and senior nurses to understand nursing students* practice stress, and assist them individually.
