     研究目的在探討加護病房病患對護理關懷行為之看法。以南部二所醫學中心成人加護病房之病患為研究對象,研究工具為「關懷行為評估量表」 ,採無記名自填或訪談之方式收集資料,發出問卷112份,有效問卷100份,研究結果發現:加護病房病患認為「人類需求的協助」層面的關懷行為重要性最高;有偶病患在「促進表達及接受正向和負向的感受」和「促進人際間的教與學」層面的關懷行為上較單身、喪偶者平均得分高;加護病房住院天數大於5天以上者在「人道主義-利他主義的價值觀、提供信心-希望、對自己和他人的敏感度」層面的關懷行為平均得分較高。研究發現可幫助護理人員了解並提供符合病患所重視的關懷行為,進而提昇病患對照護之滿意度。

英文摘要

     The purpose of this study was to examine significant caring behaviors perceived by patients admitted to the ICU and factors affecting patients’ perception. The research used a cross sectional design in which ICU patients from two medical centers in southern Taiwan were recruited. The caring behaviors were measured by a “Caring Behavior Assessment Questionnaire”. One hundred out of 112 ICU patients completed or answered the questionnaire. The result showed that ICU patients’ perceived “assistance in human needs” as the most important caring behavior. Patients who were married have a higher score than patients who were single or widowed on “improved expression or acceptance of positive and negative feeling” and “improved teaching-learning activities”. Patients who stayed ICU more than 5 days have a higher score on “humanistic-altruistic, faith-hope, and sensitivity”. The findings of this study provide information for nurses to improve patients’ satisfaction in ICU.
