中文摘要

鄰苯二甲酸酯類因其具有干擾內分泌之作用而被歸納為疑似環境荷爾蒙。本試驗針對市售食品中所含鄰苯二甲酸酯類做調查及食品包裝材料及容器中所含鄰苯二甲酸酯類之最適溶出條件做探討。本實驗之dimethylphthalate (DMP)、di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP)、di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) 及di-n-octyl phthalate (DOP) 之
偵測極限分別為0.10 ppm、0.05 ppm、0.03 ppm及0.12 ppm。結果顯示,所有樣品皆未檢DOP,而DMP只在一件乳製品有檢出 (19.3 ppb)。所有樣品大多含DBP,其中米酒之含量為2.3-90 ppb,茶飲料之含量為1.7-4.4 ppb,
果汁之含量為0.6-1.6 ppb,碳酸飲料之含量為0.6-0.8 ppb,乳製品之含量為7.9-11.1 ppb及植物油之含量為48.1-134 ppb。另外,DEHP含量方面:米酒之含量為3.4-11.8 ppb,茶飲料之含量為2.0-4.8 ppb,果汁之含量為1.2-20.1 ppb,碳酸飲料之含量為1.8-6.1 ppb,乳製品之含量為80-100 ppb及植物油之含量為835-2387 ppb。
本試驗並針對聚乙烯 (PE)、聚丙烯 (PP)、聚苯乙烯 (PS)、聚酯 (PET)、聚氯乙烯 (PVC)及聚偏聚二氯乙烯(PVDC) 以最適溶出條件進行分析。結果顯示,所有樣品皆未檢出DMP及DOP,主要檢出DBP及DEHP。其中DBP溶出量方面:以PVDC溶出量最高,為2.0-36.5 ppb;溶出量高低順序為PE>PP>PS>PVC>PET。
DEHP溶出量方面:以PP溶出量最高,為9.5-21.5 ppb;溶出量高低順序為PE>PET>PS>PVC>PVDC。

英文摘要

Phthalate esters were categorized as the suspected environmental hormone because of their endocrinedisrupting effects. The contents of phthalate esters in commercial foods and phthalate esters released from the
packaging materials and containers under the optimal releasing conditions were investigated in this study. The detection limit for di-methyl phthalate (DMP), di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP), di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) and di-n-octyl phthalate (DOP) was 0.10 ppm, 0.05 ppm, 0.03 ppm and 0.12 ppm, respectively. The results showed that DOP was not detected in all samples and DMP was only found in one dairy product. The contents
of DBP in rice wine, tea, fruit juice, carbonated drink, dairy products and vegetable oil were 2.3-90 ppb, 1.7- 4.4 ppb, 0.6-1.6 ppb, 0.6-0.8 ppb, 7.9-11.1 ppb and 48.1-134 ppb, respectively. The contents of DEHP in rice wine, tea, fruit juice, carbonated drink, dairy products and vegetable oil were 3.4-11.8 ppb, 2.0-4.8 ppb, 1.2-20.1
ppb, 1.8- 6.1 ppb, 80-100 ppb and 835-2387 ppb, respectively. The quantity of phthalate esters released from PE, PP, PS, PET, PVC and PVDC with the optimal releasing conditions were analyzed. Results showed that
both DMP and DOP were not detected in all samples. The highest content of DBP released was PVDC (2.0 -36.5 ppb), and the order of the content of each DBP released was PE > PP > PS > PVC > PET. In addition, the
highest content of DEHP released was PP (9.5-21.5 ppb), and the order of the content of each DEHP released was PE > PET > PS > PVC > PVDC.t
