本研究旨在探討放大鏡鏡面傾斜角度 (0°、30°與60°)、放大鏡倍率 (3 倍與5倍) 及作業面高度 (坐肘高、坐肘高上5 cm和10 cm) 對於放大鏡偵檢作業員之閃光融合閾值 (CFF)、近點調節閾值 (NPA)、作業績效、視覺疲勞主觀評量和肌肉骨骼疲勞主觀評量等影響,本研究共募集12 位女性參與實驗,每位受試者以隨機化的順序進行18次的實驗組合,每次進行30分鐘的鋰電池模
擬偵檢作業。資料經收集分析討論發現:(1) 放大鏡鏡面傾斜角度對於偵檢的元件數量、視覺疲勞主觀評量及肌肉疲勞主觀評量有顯著效應,最佳的放大鏡鏡面傾斜角度為60°,其次為30°,最差的為0°。(2) 放大鏡倍率對於閃光融合閾值、偵檢的元件數量和視覺疲勞主觀評量有顯著效應,3倍放大鏡顯著優於5 倍放大鏡。(3) 作業面高度對於視覺疲勞主觀評量和肌肉疲勞主觀評量有顯著效應,最佳為坐肘高上0公分,其次為坐肘高上5公分,最差的為坐肘高上10公分。(4) 整體來說,最佳的放大倍率為三倍放大,放大鏡鏡面傾斜角度為60°,作業面高度為坐肘高上0公分。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of tilting angles
(tilt 0°, 30° and 60°), magnification power (3 and 5 times magnification) of magnifying glasses and the heights of work surface (elbow-level, +5 cm,
+10 cm) on the critical fusion frequency (CFF), near point of accommodation (NPA), inspection performance, subjective visual strain rating (SVS) and subjective musculoskeletal strain rating (SMS) for visual inspection operators in a Li-ion battery factory. Twelve females were recruited as participants to perform 18 different experimental tasks. The participants were instructed to perform a visual inspection task on a simulated Li-ion battery circuit board over a 30-min period. The results showed that: (1)the tilting angle of magnifying glasses significantly affected CFF, inspection performance, SVS and SMS, and that 30° tilt was the best, 0° tilt was the second best, and 60° tilt was the worst; (2) magnification power had significant effects on CFF, inspection performance and SVS, the 3 times magnification was better than 5 times; (3) work surface height also significantly affected SVS and SMS, 5 cm above elbow-level was the best,10 cm above elbow-level was next, and elbow-level was the worst; (4)Overall, the optimum combination is 3 times magnification magnifying glasses with 30° tilt angle on a work surface set 10 cm above elbow-level.
