《朴通事諺解》同《老乞大諺解》皆為舊時韓國朝鮮及高麗人學習漢語文的教科書，編寫目的主要是為了培養朝鮮人與漢民族口語交際能力，因此，全書使用對話或獨白方式呈現真實的文化風俗交流情況。不僅如此，這部典籍中還有許多記錄中國社會生活、民間風俗、商務指南、時下熱門熟語……等資料，也都具有研究價值，是故，本文將著重整理《朴通事諺解》中關於各類風俗內涵之文獻史料，並以此為探究對象，力求將典籍中相關文化資料逐條整理，已理解朝鮮民族對漢文化的吸收採納情形，以便探察二者間的文化聯繫。
