背景:醫檢工作人員主要職責提供臨床早期診斷及治療之準確結果。近年來隨著醫療品質要求提高及工作量的遞增,其工作壓力也隨之增加。本研究主要目的為瞭解1998-2009年台灣地區不同區域的醫檢工作人員,其工作壓力來源與其因應之道進行分析。方法:本研究主要參考1998-2009年數篇針對台灣地區醫檢工作人員的工作壓力研究調查,對其結果作綜合論述。針對台灣地區醫學中心、區域醫院、地區醫院、外離島醫院共57家醫院(內含國軍醫療體系醫院19家)之醫檢人員(包含部分放射師),以醫院為單位實施結構不記名問卷調查。有效問卷份數計438份,經比對問卷題目不盡相同但結構方向一致,因此本篇綜論仍具參考價值。結果:在工作壓力源調查部分,公、私立醫療體系醫院主要為”工作狀況”,而國軍醫療體系醫院主要來自於”組織構造”。在壓力之調適行為部分,外離島醫院以”找主管出面解決為主”,而其他醫院是以”面對問題並改善缺點”為主。在改善壓力的措施調查部分,都以”注重員工福利”及”改善工作環境”為主。結論:不同地區與不同醫療體系的醫院,醫檢工作人員所產生的壓力源不盡相同,紓
解壓力方法也不同。雖然目前是初步的研究,但是多數填寫問卷的醫檢人員相當資深(超過五年以上),具一定的參考價值。未來可進一步針對不同年資所面對的壓力源做研究方向,提供各醫院主管對於醫檢工作人員壓力的進一步瞭解與重視。

英文摘要

Background:The main duty of medical technologists (Abbreviation in MTs) is to provide the early states diagnosis and medical treatment a report with precision. With the improvement of the medical tech level by years, not only on the instrument, clinical aspect puts more pressure on MTs with working loading and quality requirement. Our research was to understand and analyze the pressure and pressure and pressure-regulation of the MTs, who work in different regions in Taiwan in 1998~2009.Method:Refer to several reports of pressure and pressure-regulation of the medical technologists, those made questionnaires for MTs (parts of radiation technologist) of medical centers, region hospitals, local hospitals, and off-shore hospitals in 1998~2009 (Including 19 military hospitals). Totally, there are 438 effective questionnaires. We find little differences between those questionnaires. We still consider this article is useful because of the questionnaires are made with the same construction and direction.Conclusion:The result on the aspect of the source of pressure of MTs shows, that the main pressure comes from “working situation” in public and private hospitals, but “the construction of hospital” in the military hospitals. The result on the aspect of the pressure-regulations of MTs shows, that the MTs working in off-shore hospitals usually try to ask their chief-leader of lab to work things out when they face pressure, but those working in other hospitals usually face the problem directly and try to correct their mistake. The result on the aspect of the improvement of pressure shows, that most part of the MTs hope the governors pay more attention on their welfare and make better working environment for them.Discussion:We found the difference of the hospital’s region and system makes the difference
of pressure and pressure-regulation of MTs. Although this is a reliminary study at present,majority of the MTs who fill the questionnaire are senior. (work for five years or longer)So,we still consider that this study is referable. We plan to do further study in pressure of MTs who
differed from work period of service to help the governors know more information about the pressure of MTs.
