常見的高壓電源供應器大都得使用手動的方式才能調整電源輸出電壓,然而手調的方法不僅不夠精準,而且無法與自動控制系統相結合。本文提出一高壓控制介面,利用數位可調電阻取代傳統旋鈕式可調電阻,並使用安捷倫 VEE 程式發展軟體,設計電腦端人機操控程式,以達到可程式化控制的目的。文中以 10 kV高壓電源模組為例,說明高壓控制介面高、低壓側的電路硬體架構,並詳述 VEE 人機操控程式工作原理與設計方法。為了防止控制電腦遭受高壓訊號損毀,控制介面利用數位 I/O 器 U2121A 的輸出埠,配合光纖光源收發器,以串列光訊號傳輸電壓設定指令,改變模組的輸出電壓。實驗結果證實,透過 VEE 軟體設計人機介面,除了能夠精準地調控 10 kV 高壓電源模組輸出的電壓值,而且由於量得電壓變量值約為 100ppm,等同於高壓電源模組原本的雜訊值,因此可推知 IC 型數位可調電阻並不會影響高壓模組的穩定度。

英文摘要

Manual manipulation is the most common way to adjust the output voltage for high voltage power supplies.
However, the manual manipulation interface can not control the voltage precisely, and is unable to connect with other automatic control systems. In this paper, we present a programmable interface which can implement to
high voltage power systems easily. The HV control interface takes the digital potentiometer in place of traditional variable resistor and uses Agilent VEE to develop the computer graphic program. Preventing components from high-voltage breakdown, the HV control interface makes use of digital IO device U2121A and fiber detector/emitter adapters to separate the low-voltage module from the high-voltage circuit. A 10 kV high voltage power module is take as the example to demonstrate the functions and the hardware structure of the control interface. Experiments
verify that the HV control interface can work together with the high voltage system. Moreover, the interface does not bring any noise into the high voltage system since the variation of the output voltage is limit to 100 ppm equal to the primary value of noise.
