員工組織公民行為屬於在組織當中能自發性地為組織貢獻,依長期來看將會為組織帶來更高的績效。本研究的目的是針對軍方與非軍方醫院醫師間之競爭或合作關係對組織公民行為之研究。本研究採目的取樣方式進行問卷發放,共計發出問卷發放350 份,問卷回收298 份,剔除其中因題目漏答、重複作答及勾選不合理等40 份無效問卷,有效問卷258 份,有效回收率為73.7%。
本研究結果顯示在軍方醫院服務的醫師在組內合作、總公民行為與人際型OCB 的表現上皆高於非軍方醫院之醫師們。其次,軍方醫院醫師合作關係對組織公民行為之正向影響大於競爭關係對組織公民行為之正向影響。

英文摘要

Organizational Citizenship Behavior is an important topic of Organization Behavior.
Many researchers considered that employees are willing to do more contributions spontaneously;it can bring more effects and higher efficiency for the long term. This study focuses on the relation between competition or cooperation among the doctors’ organizing citizen’s
behavior for military and non-military medical institutions. And the results discussed and applicated to the relationship between general hospital and the physicians. The research uses purposed method to provide questionnaires and it provides total 350 questionnaires; return
questionnaires are 298 and invalid questionnaires are 40 which includeunanswered, unreasonable and repeated answers. Therefore, valid questionnaires are 258.The results of this study showed that the physicians of the military hospital have higher cooperation, group cooperation, total citizenship behaviors, and interpersonal OCB than the non-military hospital's physicians. Secondly, the positive effect of cooperation relationship for organizational citizenship behaviors is higher than the positive effects of competition relationship for organizational citizenship behavior.
