本實驗製備CoQlO微脂粒利用酒精注入法,再分為于搖震盪1分鐘和探針式超音波功率6W、震盪10分鐘,並進一步持用冷凍-解凍的方式,來探討微脂粒粒徑及包覆率。實驗結果利 用于搖震盪1分t軒府形成的微脂粒平均粒徑約在242.3�320.7nm左右,利用探針式超音波震盪 10分鐘,所形成的微脂粒平均粒徑約在98.6�143.4 nm左右,且微脂粒粒徑皆隨著膽固醇濃度 的增加而上升。當微脂粒經過冷凍-解凍處理,其微脂粒粒徑與包覆率皆隨著解凍次數的增加而上升,其粒徑約增加60.8�130.9nm、包覆率約增加30.5�38.2% '其中于搖震盪1分鐘所形成的中性電荷微脂粒包覆率最高約89.5% 0在安定性方面,以于搖震盪1分鐘所形成的負電荷微脂 粒儲存於4°C30天後其平均粒徑無顯著變化,顯示此微脂粒安定性良好。 以過敏測試實驗,經72小時實驗後發現'CoQlO微脂粒溶液不會對皮膚造成刺激性,其安全性佳,在彈性效果方面, 以探針式超音波震盪10分鐘所製備的中性微脂粒對皮膚彈力效果最佳,在使用28天後即具有高度顯著性差異。

英文摘要

This study reports the preparation of CoQ 1 0 1iposome using an ethyl alcohol injection method.hismethod investigate the 1iposome particle size and encapsulation ratio using one minute of manual vibration and ten minutes of ultrasonic probe (6 W) followed by freezing and thawing. Experimental results indicate that the size of the 1iposome particle averaged about 242.3 to 320.7 nm after one minute of manual vibrating. After ten minutes of the ultrasonic probe method, the size of the 1iposome particles ranged from approximately 98.6 to 143.4 nm. The size of the particle grew as the cholesterol content increased. During the freeze and thawing procedure, the size of the particle and the encapsulation ratio of 1iposome increased as the number﹒freezing and thawing iterations increased Thesize of the particle increased by about 60.8 to 130.9 nm, and the encapsulation ratio increased by 30.5 to 38.2%. The neutrally charged 1iposome formed by one minute of manual vibration had the hi值的t encapsulation ratio of 89.5%. Convers呦, the negatively charged 1iposome formed by one minute of manual vibration exhibited great stability with no evident change in the average particle size after 30 days storage at 4°C. As for skin irritation and safety after 72 hours of experimentati恤, the results demonstrate that the CoQ 10 solution is safe and does not irritate the skin. The neutrally charged 1iposome produced by ten minutes of ultrasonic probe had the best anti-aging effect on the skin. This 1iposome exhibited a highly visible difference after 28 days of use
