早期療育服務執行成效、並且以客觀的常模標準化評量工具去測量醫療復健、教育服務對兒童發展的進步情形已有許多的研究,然而以家長的觀點去瞭解早期療育成效的研究尚缺乏。因此本研究主要是以家長的主觀評量去探討發展遲緩兒童各領域發展的進步情形,及影響早期療育在發展遲緩兒童各個發展領域成效的影響因素。本研究以自編之調查問卷共發出300份問卷,有效問卷回收率為94.7%。研究結果發現七成以上的家長認為兒童在六大領域之發展有遲緩現象,有八成以上的家長認為在六個領域有進步。家長認為發展遲緩兒童接受早期療育六大領域進步情形的兒童主要影響因素為嚴重程度,輕度障礙者的進步情形顯著大於中度、重度障礙者。研究結果可以給增加家長接受早療服務的動機,並給早療工作者提供服務的參考,注意兒童全面性的發展問題。

英文摘要

There are many researches about the topic of effect of early intervention using standardize measurement tool to evaluate the progressive situation of development in aspect of medial rehabilitation, educational service. However, it is lack of research to explore the effect of early intervention from the viewpoint of parents. This research is to understand what the progression is on developmental areas and how child factors influence the progress of development. Data is collected by questionnaire including 300 families in total. The rate of return on the effective questionnaire is 94.7%. According the result, there were over 70% of parents considering their children as developmental delay at six areas. Over 80% of parents believed their children with developmental delay to make progression at six areas. The influence factors about the progression of development at six areas included the severity of delay and acceptance of center at child find or case manage experience. The result could be as a reference to motivate parents to accept the service of early intervention and to suggest the provider to take care of whole developmental problem.
