本研究主要是針對子宮根除術後婦女的生活品質進行初探。自民國88年3月15日至88年5月20日以修訂之生活品質量表(Quality of Life Index, QLT)、修訂之APGAR家庭功能量表及自行設計之問卷，調查接受子宮根除術滿一個月以上之21位住院或門診婦女。以SPSS/Window7.0版進行資料分析，結果發現：子宮根除術後婦女的整體生活品質指標得分為19.08(63%)，屬中等程度。在生活品質所涵蓋的次量表中以「家庭因素」得分最高，「親密因素」得分最低。此外，生活品質程度與家庭功能狀況成正相關(r=.562, p<0.01)。研究結果可提供護理人員，照護子宮根除術前後婦女整體需求的參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore the quality of life of women who had radical hysterectomies. From March 15 to May 20, 1999, a total of 21 women who had radical hysterectomies were recruited. They filled out self-administered questionnaires in the hospital or outpatient department. Sixty-three percent of these women indicated they had a moderate quality of life. They reported that the highest dimension of quality of life was the family factor while the lowest was intimacy. Family function was positively related to the level of quality of life. These was positively related to the level of quality of life. These results can be used as a reference to help nurses care for patients after radical hysterectomy.
