魯迅(1881-1936 )、賴和(1894-1943 )為氏初有名小說家，兩人都有醫學成學背景O本文以此兩位作家的作品〈藥〉與〈蛇先生〉、〈未來的希望〉為文本作分析探討，以期呈顯現代小說對於傳統醫療的深刻省思O有醫生背景的作家又如何去觀看傳統醫療?是否看出傳統醫療的病症?此為本論文之論述重點O並針對三個重點去論述:一、描述道聽塗說的盲目力量，二、以側寫的寫作方式呈現無知對醫療的盲點，三、透過文學創作反省傳統醫療的盲點O得到結論是醫療方式可以反映社會的進步狀況，藉著對於傳統醫療的反省，促使魯迅與賴和有不同的關懷社會的觀察視角，針互乏社會的角度亦比較犀利O由此可見，啟迪現代小說的發展始自寫實主義的觀點，由魯迅與賴和的小說亦可窺見一二O

Lu Xun (1881-1936)， Lai He (1894-1943) are the well-known writers of fiction in early of 1900s， who both have the medicine background. In this paper two writers' works，“'Medicine "，“Mr.Snake" and“Future Hope" will be analyzed and discussed， hoping to show introspection and reflection of modem fiction regarding traditional medical care. This paper focuses on how the writers with medical background think of the traditional medical care and whether they find the weaknesses of the traditional medicine. The following are three key points to discuss:“describing the blind power of hearsay"，“presenting ignorance of the medical treatmentand “makingthe literary creations to introspect the blind spots of tradition medical treatment." In conclusion， the medical ways may reflect the social progressive conditions. By introspecting the traditional medical care Lu Xun and Lai He have the different points of view; their perspectives of criticizing society are sharper. Development of inspiring modem fiction begins with the viewpoints of realism， which may be revealed in the works ofLu Xun and Lai He.
