本文係描述照顧一位巴金森氏症居家個案之護理經驗，筆者藉由觀察、會談、身體評估等方式收集資料，並應用老人周全性評估多面向的完整資料，發現個案因為長期臥床造成身體關節僵硬，而導致身體活動功能障礙、皮膚完整性受損的護理問題，主要照顧者因缺乏資源系統有明顯的照顧者角色緊張問題O經筆者提供傷口照護的居家護理及被動關節運動指導，並提供適當的社會資源，進而改善了個案的傷口和關節擎縮的問題，也適當減輕照顧者負擔O透過居家護理人員提供更完整的照護讓長期照護個案能獲得更好的照護品質是一重要的議題，也希望藉此照護經驗提供健康專業同仁參考，讓此類個案能獲得更完善的照護O

This article described the nursing experience of taking care a home-based client with Parkinson's disease. The author collected client's data using multiple methodology via observation， interview， physical examination， and comprehensive geriatric assessment. The data showed that the client had stiff joint after a long bed-redden to caused impaired physical function and impaired skin integrity， the caregiver didn't have support system to result in getting role strain. After author provided the skills of wound care and passive joint exercise and information of community resources to caregiver， the client's physical function had much improved and caregiver冶burden had slow down. Making the good quality of care was very important issue for long term care clients in the community through home care nurses. Meanwhile we expected this experience could helped health providers to improve the quality of care for long term care clients.
