本專案目的為提昇醫材記帳完整率之改善方案，分別統計加護病房、手術室等單位執行醫材記帳之現況調查，結果發現漏記帳原因分別為護理人員未確實檢視病人身上用物及手術室因同類耗材未集中編列等因素導致漏帳率增加，故於2008年11月6日-----12月24日開始執行本改善方案，藉由建立記帳單查核欄之設計、交接班標準化流程制定、設計防呆流程、修改記帳單張編列等，經本專案改善結果:加護病房護理人員於實施後計價完整率由74.3%提升至90.7%'手術室記帳完整率由77.6%提升至90.5%;顯示改善方案確有成效，顯著減少病房及醫院的成本流失，因此藉由目標設立、計畫擬定、策略執行提升單位及手術室醫材記帳之完整性O
