中文摘要

為推動遠距教學課程,並建立遠距教學合作與運作機制,教育部在2008 年開始推動大專校院通識課程數位教材推廣及教學應用計畫。此計畫包括「圖書資訊應用」、「資訊素養與倫理」與「資訊法律」等通識課程數位學習教材開發及課程實施計畫,期望發展一套完善的資訊素養教材內容,讓教師可以依課程需求搭配教學。本研究就「圖書資訊應用」數位教材之研發及課程規劃進行個案研究,分享該課程的設計架構與學生學習成果的評量,並對理想資訊素養課程應如何規劃做進一步的探討。

英文摘要

Because of the need for designing suitable information literacy learning materials, Ministry of Education started to promote the development of e-learning materials and open information literacy courses for University general education. There are three learning material development projects, namely “Library and Information Utilization”, “Information literacy and ethics” and “Information Laws” . The aims of these projects are to develop a comprehensive information literacy learning material so that teachers can apply the material to their courses. This study describes the design of the learning material “Library and Information Utilization” and the learning outcome evaluation of this course. Finally, the suggestions for an ideal information literacy course planning were made for reference.
