本研究以行動研究的方式探討幼稚園品德教育課程之規劃與實施,一方面藉由情境分析瞭解幼稚園品德教育課程規劃上的相關問題,並尋求協同教師的合作,規劃品德教育課程與設計方案,探討方案規劃與實施的歷程中的相關問題,並評鑑行動方案實施後幼兒行為改變的情形,進而提出幼稚園實施品德教育課程的建議,以作為未來規劃與實施品德教育的參考。研究者經由分析之結果,獲致以下結論:一、品德教育課程需要經過教師的規劃設計,內容宜注重生動活潑。二、品德教育課程與教學宜結合幼兒的日常生活經驗。三、幼稚園的品德教育課程實施歷程需要家長與教師的合作。四、幼稚園品德教育實踐分別對幼兒、家長、教師產生影響,影響孩童的道德認知、態度與行為,影響家長對於幼稚園教育專業的認同,影響教師對於教育專業的自信。最後,本研究根據前述研究結果,針對幼教工作者、幼兒家長與教育行政主管機關分別提出進一步的建議,希望作為規劃設計幼稚園品德教育課程,落實幼稚園品德教育工作之參考。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to explore the feasibility of moral
education curriculum in the Ta-Ta kindergarten (anonymous).It focused on the planning 、implementation and evaluation in terms of different learning materials and activities.The research methods such as participation observation , document analysis and questionnaires were used in this study.The conclusion of this study were shown as follows:
1.The planning of school-based moral education curriculum was feasible.
2.Projects for developing curriculum in moral education include the following aspects:depicting the framework of moral education ,
constructing the ideal vision of the target class and the objectives of the project ,compiling an appropriate teaching plans and activities.
3.The steps in implementing moral education were to tell stories、explain moral concepts、experience in life for kindergarten children so as to evaluate the outcomes of students'behavior.4.The results showed that the self-compiled and selected materials on moral education were most suitable for the students, only a little of them should be modified. The
selected materials, teacher’s professional ability and teaching activity design were the three crucial factors for the implementation of moral education.
