本研究旨在瞭解國民中學教師對教師賦權增能知覺之感受程度並分析不同背景變項的國民中學教師在教師賦權增能之知覺差異情形。研究方法係採用問卷調查法,以全國公立國民中學學校專任有給職之正式教師為研究對象,並以「國民中學教師賦權增能知覺之研究」調查問卷為研究工具,有效樣本為1,062人;經資料處理分析後,獲得結論包括:(1)國民中學教師賦權增能知覺程度,呈現高於中上程度。(2)國民中學教師賦權增能知覺會因性別、年齡、擔任職務、最高學歷、服務年資、兼職行政累積年資及服務學校區域而有差異。最後,根據研究結果提出建議,以供主管教育行政機關、教育人員及未來相關研究的參考。

英文摘要

This study aimed to investigate the perception of teacher's empowerment in the junior high school and also the variable in teacher's background affect the way their perception. The Questionnaire Method was used, targeting junior high school teachers who were teaching during 2009 to 2010. 1062 effective questionnaires were collected. The conclusions were as follows: (1) The teacher's perception of teacher empowerment was over upper-intermediate level. (2) The teacher's perception of teacher empowerment varied by their sex, age, position they held, level of the teacher's degree, years of service, accumulated experience in administration and the school area. Based on the results, suggestions are provided for educational administration, teachers, and follow-up researches as a reference.
