本個案報告是探討一位罹患子宮內膜癌病患面臨子宮全切除及初次化學治療的照護經驗。於2009 年11 月9 日至2009 年11 月24 日護理期間，利用觀察、會談及身體評估技巧在生理、心理、社會及靈性四大層面收集資料，發現個案的問題為疼痛、營養狀況改變、少於身體需要、身體心像改變及焦慮。筆者針對主要問題擬定整體性、個別性及適切性的護理計劃，滿足個案基本生理需求及維持身體舒適、提供相關護理指導與正確資訊，使個案能了解化學治療過程，降低心中害怕與疑問，並藉由主動關懷、傾聽、陪伴，使個案能正視化療及手術帶來身、心上的衝擊，重新尋找生命價值的定位點，促使家庭功能和諧。

This case study describes an experience in caring an endometrial cancer patient who was facing her first adjurant chemotherapy afterhysterectomy. Between November 9th and November 24th, 2009, we used skills of
observation, interview and physical assessment to collect data in physical, psychological, social and spiritual domains. Four major nursing problems were found: pain, changes of nutritional status,body image changes and anxiety. Based on these four major problems, we intervened
holistic, individualized and appropriate care plans to the patient the careplans providing basic physical needs, comfort, and relative health information, helped the patient understanding the chemotherapy and reduce the fear and doubt about chemotherapy. By actively caring, listening and accompanying the patient, she could endure the physical and psychological impact of chemotherapy, relocate the value of life and improve the balance of family functions.
