本研究目的局在測量繩索挑戰課程之效益,包括:冒險教育生活效能與團隊凝聚力O為檢驗繩索挑戰課程的成效,本研究針對57位大學生以冒險教育生活效能與團隊凝聚力兩個量表,進行前、後測以及兩個月後的延續效呆追蹤。同時,採用效呆值來探究不同時間點的能力改變程度,研究結呆發現,課程對大學生的冒險教育生活效能及團隊凝聚力有正面的影響。最後,研究者針對實務課程與未來研究提出建議。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of the challenge ropes courses, including: adventure education life-effectiveness and group cohesion. The scales of adventure education life-effectiveness and group cohesion were used to evaluate the course effects for 57
undergraduate students. The scores of pre-test and post-test as well as follow-up test after two month were compared. Also, the effect size was taken to measure how much the change was at different time points. According to the results, the challenge ropes courses could positively promote participants' adventure education life-effectiveness and group cohesion. In the end, suggestions for the following research and future courses design were made.
