中文摘要

本研究旨在探討國小教師接受教師專業評鑑的意願現況,及組織氣氛、教師自我效能感與專業評鑑意願之間的關係。本研究使用問卷調查法,採分層叢集抽樣,共取得有效樣本406 人。本研究使用「教師專業評鑑意願量表」、「組織氣氛量表」、「教師自我效能感量表」為調查工具。調查所得結果分別採t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關及多元回歸分析法等統計方法加以分析。研究結果如下:1.國小教師有意願參與教師專業評鑑,但意願不高。2.國小教師對於參與教師專業評鑑的意願,會因職務、學校規模及評鑑經驗等背景變項之不同而有所差異。3.國小教師的專業評鑑意願、學校組織氣氛與教師自我效能兩兩間呈顯著正相關,但相關很低。4.國小組織氣氛與教師自我效能感對教師的專業評鑑意願具有預測力,但預測力不高。

英文摘要

This study aims to investigating the relationship among elementary school
organizational climate, teacher’s self-efficacy and teacher’s willingness on evaluation of teaching profession. This study used the questionnaire-survey approach to collect information in which 406 valid questionnaires were return.The results of the study included:1.The elementary school teacher’s willingness of participating evaluation of teaching profession needed promoting.2.There was a significant positive correlation between teachers’ willingness on evaluation of teaching profession and elementary school organizational climate.3.There was a significant positive correlation between teachers’ willingness on evaluation of teaching profession and teacher’s self-efficacy.4. Elementary schoolorganizational climate and teacher’s self-efficacy could be used to predict teacher evaluation willingness.
