中文摘要

此研究的目的在於探討本國籍英語教師在美國英語之學習經驗及其如何將自身經驗融入教學中。所解析之資料分為三大類:發音、聽力及會話。研究結果指出,其可提供學生生活化教材、多點練習時間及鼓勵學生多說英語是有很大幫助。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to investigate ESL learning experiences of
Taiwanese English teachers in the United States and how they apply their experience in their teaching. The data were categorized by three factors: pronunciation, listening,and conversation. The findings showed that it was important to provide students materials with real life conditions, invest more time on practicing, and encourage them to speak out the target language in order to reach the goal of English learning—communication.
