CD/DVD 光碟機讀取頭是成熟發展且價格低廉的元件,運用在各種光學式資料儲存媒體上。本文提出一種方法,可以在不外加彈簧質量系統的前提下,將光碟機讀取頭轉變成為加速規。加速規的結構需要一組彈簧質量系統與位移感測機制,光碟機讀取頭內建的四絃式物鏡懸吊組與光像散效應恰可滿足上述需求。實驗結果顯示所提出的加速規具有 130 V/g 的量測敏感度與 20 Hz 的頻寬。
CD/DVD pick-up-head is a well-developed and cost-effective component used in optical data storage devices. This article proposes a method to transform a CD/DVD pick-up-head into an accelerometer without adding any extra spring-mass system. An accelerometer needs a spring-mass system and a displacement sensing mechanism. The 4-wire suspended objective lens and the anstigmatic effect of a CD/DVD can fulfill the afore-mentioned requirement of an accelerometer. The experimental results show that the proposed accelerometer has a sensitivity of 130 V/g and the bandwidth is 20 Hz.
