升學轉銜是國內外相關丈獻在提及高中教育階段學習障礙學生與轉銜服務時經常被探討的主題。隨著我國最新修訂之特教相關法規對於轉銜輔導及服務之要求以及每年學習障礙學生升學大專校院人數不斷攀升之際,學校教育人員為學生規劃整體性與持續性的轉銜計畫已是趨勢。本文旨在透過丈獻探討的方式對於學習障礙學生升學轉銜需求與服務之現況與實徵性研究進行資料蒐集與統整,並於丈後提出關於升學整體轉銜服務歷程實務作法的建議。

英文摘要

Transition services for college-bound high school students with learning disabilities have been a topic of intense discussion through a review of related literature. As an increasing number of students with learning
disabilities choosing to register for college-degree each year,the development of transition plans should be comprehensive in order to successfully ease this transition. The pu中ose of this article was to conduct literature review by examining the present practices and current findings from empirical research studies of transition services for college-bound high school students with learning disabilities. Finally,
several implications for the comprehensive transitional needs of students were suggested.
