太陽能電池是一種光伏特效應的元件,利用吸收太陽光產生電能的機制來提供電力,因此光電特性分析是太陽能電池性能優劣的關鍵,本文將討論銅銦鎵硒薄膜太陽能電池的電性和光學特性量測。首先,介紹三種電容-電壓的量測方式,包括傳統式、導納頻譜和激勵電容剖面法,此外,討論銅銦鎵硒導電二次相的分析方法。光學特性量測為光致螢光光譜和時間解析光致螢光法,此兩種方法可以快速分析薄膜品質和成分,也可以作為製程中線上的檢測工具。
Solar cell is the photovoltaic device which can generate electrical power by absorbing sunlight. The analysis of electro-optical characterization is the key issue related to the performance of solar cells. In this article, we will introduce the electrical and optical measurements of Cu(In,Ga)Se2 thin film solar cells. At first, we demonstrate three capacitance-voltage (C-V) techniques, including general C-V method,
admittance spectroscopy, drive-level capacitance profiling. The conductive secondary phase in CIGS film will be discussed. The optical measurements are photoluminescence spectrum and time-resolved
photoluminescence which can be analyzed for the quality and the composition of thin-film. These two optical techniques can provide the harmless and untouchable in-line measurement for the fabrication.
