本研究目的在實證分析工作可及性對都市原住民就業之影響,以 2008年遷入臺北縣之原住民為母體,透過問卷調查獲得樣本資料,並運用二項羅吉特模型、次序羅吉特模型以及線性迴歸模型等方法,逐項分析工作可及性對有無工作、工作穩定性、工作所得以及通勤時間等項目之影響。研究結果發現,居住地區的汽車可及性對都市原住民工作所得產生顯著的正向影響;居住地區的機車可及性與大眾運輸服務班距,都會對都市原住民的通勤時間產生顯著正向影響;若居住地區的運具綜合可及性越高,則會顯著降低都市原住民的通勤時間。但是,工作可及性對有無工作與工作穩定性並無顯著影響。依據實證結果,地方政府可研提土地使用與交通運輸相關策略,以提高都市原住民的工作可及性,並改善其就業

英文摘要

The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the influences of job
accessibility on aboriginal employment in urban areas. The studied
population is the aborigines who migrated to Taipei County within 2008. The sample data was collected via interviews and a questionnaire survey. Various econometric methods, including the binary logit model, ordered logit model and linear regression model, were employed to analyze the job accessibility effects on having a job, job stability, income andcommuting time, respectively. The results of this study indicate that car
accessibility positively affects aboriginal income;motorcycle accessibility and bus headway positively affect aboriginal commuting time; and raising mode-synthesized accessibility reduces aboriginal
commuting time. However, the relationships between job accessibility and
having a job and job stability are insignificant for the sample data. Based on the empirical results, the local government can develop land use and transportation strategies to improve job accessibility and employment of urban aboriginal residents.
