自2003年起,勞工委員會結合官方及產業界等各項工廠輔導資源,研擬職業衛生輔導機制,由目前職業衛生現況較差的行業,依序協助輔導改善其作業環境,以保護勞工健康。因此,2007年勞工委員會勞工安全衛生研究所規劃協助高危害性樹脂製造業廠商進行職業衛生改善工作,而本研究即前項計畫之作業環境控制工程改善輔導實例及其成效評估。

在污染控制工程改善方面,針對3項作業建立了5項工程改善方案,並經效能評估後顯示成效良好。整體來說,受輔導之樹脂業廠商作業現場有害物濃度整體平均削減率達86.5%' 這些具體之成果不僅使樹脂業污染控制工程改善技術更臻完善,並可提供給其他同屬性的事業單位參考使用,讓更多的廠商得以受惠。

英文摘要

From 2003, Council of Labor Affairs has unified guidance resources of the official and the industry, etc., and drew up the occupational health guidance mechanism to help the factory improve their operational environment in sequence from the industry of the worst workplace, eventually protecting the purpose of the health of the labor. Hence, Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, Council of Labor Affairs planned to help the high hazardous resin manufacturing plants improve their operational environment at workplace from 2007. So our study was one of the plans, conducting the improved cases of the operating environment control and their evaluations in the resin industry.

In engineering improvement of the pollution control, 5 projects in engineering for 3 operations at the workplace were designed successfully. The overall hazard concentration at the operation site of the guided resin factories was decreased by 86.5% in average. Those specific results will make the engineering improvement of the pollution control optimized further. Finally, the technology established in the project could be provided to the resin industry for autonomous improvement and make them take advantage of the results.
