中文摘要

依據勞工委員會公佈之重大職業災害統計資料結果顯示,營造業職災案例佔極大的比例,其中以墜落最為嚴重,若能有效降低墜落職災之發生,即可改善營造業職災比例,所以應當重視施工墜落之防護。中間支撐為高處作業經常使用之防墜設施,由於國內規範不完善,使得工地雖有設置中間支撐,但出現材質本身強度不足或組裝方式不正確之情形,導致中間支撐無法發揮其效能。本研究參考美日等國中間支撐構造之相關規定,並考量工地使用需求,設計符合國內現地使用之新式中間支撐。首先瞭解國內現有安全規範及設備使用現況後,針對中間支撐之強度與墜落高度等進行探討,並透過數值模擬以及靜態、動態實驗結果,完成新式中間支撐之設計,而提出中間支撐測試及設計要點,提供檢查單位與業界作為檢查、設計與使用之參考基礎。

英文摘要

Based on the statistics released by the Council of Labor affair, the majority of the occupational accidents happened in the construction industry. Among these incidents, most are from falling from high places. It is then imperative to decrease falling incidents to lower the occupational accidents rate in construction industry. During the phase of assembling a steel structure, incompletely installed fall prevention equipments and insufficient of the strength of materials often lead to falling incidents. This research focuses on the investigation of these factors. The current domestic safety regulations and usages of these equipments were studied. Efforts were made to the aspects that can be improved. A new type of improved design of central support is proposed. Numerical simulation and static tests were performed to validate the new design. Dynamic fall testing was performed on this new design. Based on the results of this research, a design and testing guideline will be provided for the industry to use.
