本研究目的旨在探討瞭解家庭社經地位、自我認知及人際關係對就業力之影響,並以結構方程模式分析4,689筆資料,資料來自「台灣高等教育資料庫」所釋出的2003年「大三學生問卷調查」及2004年「大專畢業生畢業後一年問卷調查」。研究結果顯示,家庭社經地位、自我認知及人際關係均對就業力有正向效果;此外,家庭社經地位透過自我認知的中介對就業力有負向效果,也透過自我認知及人際關係的中介對就業力有負向效果。根據研究發現,本研究對教育政策與學校行政提出一些建議。

英文摘要

The main purpose of this study is to examine the influence of family Socioeconomic Status (SES), self-cognition, and interpersonal relationship on employability. This study employed the method of structural equation modeling to analyze the data, which was obtained from Taiwan Higher Education Database. Results indicate that family SES, self-cognition, and interpersonal relationship have a positive effect on employability. In addition, family SES has a negative effect on employability through the mediation of self-cognition, and it also has a negative effect on employability through the mediation of self-cognition and interpersonal relationship. Based on these findings, some suggestions on educational policy and college administration are made.
