中文摘要

自64列螺旋電腦斷層掃描儀上市以來,臨床上的應用就來愈來愈廣泛。在電腦斷層動脈攝影檢查方法上也和傳統電腦斷層掃描儀有些許的不同,例如:掃描的時間、速度和3D 影像組成。因此,當我們在執行電腦斷層血管攝影檢查時,肝臟動靜脈血管影像可以利用藥劑濃度值監功能來分別取得,藉此更精確地取得肝動脈血管與肝門靜脈影像。所使用的設備為64列螺旋電腦斷層掃描儀,最短掃描時間為0.32秒,在短短十餘秒內配合藥劑流量給予濃度監測即可改進傳統電腦斷層掃描儀的缺點,可得到完整肝臟血管動脈像與肝門靜脈像之影像,且能得到更好的肝臟血管分佈的3D影像,以提供臨床醫師清楚且有價值的診斷影像。

英文摘要

Since 64 multi-detector computer tomography(MDCT) have been launched. It is more and more widely for clinical application, also has some defference between traditional computer tomography angiography (CTA) and 64-MDCT in examination method. For example: scan time,scan speed, 3D image composition. Therefore,when we perform CTA, it is accurately distinguish between hepatic artery and hepatic portal vein by use the Hounsfied Unit scan. Using 64 MDCT, minimum scan time is 0.32 seconds. In just ten seconds to give the concentration of traffic monitoring with contrast medium to impove the defect of traditional CTA . Can get liver for arterial phase and portal vein image completely, and get better distribution of the 3D images in liver vessel, provide clinicians clear and valuable diagnostis imaging
