本文旨在發展一以電子驅動器輸出經過調變之脈波作為控制電磁接觸器閉合/分斷動作電壓,該電子驅動器是由純硬體電路所構成。所提新型電子式電磁接觸器的工作狀態是透過量測電壓和電流等參數得到的,具有電壓適應性可使電磁接觸器可外加之電壓範圍變寬,並根據電磁接觸器動態狀態改變加入線圈的電能多寡,使電磁接觸器在閉合與分斷過程中因為可動鐵心(或接點)的運動動能受到有效控制,接點彈跳次數大大減少,接點的使用壽命因此延長;且在已閉合過程中接觸器線圈的能量損失隨閉合時間之增加而成正比例減少,有效達到節能的目的。透過雛型實驗量測結果顯示本文在傳統電磁接觸器輸入側加入電子驅動器作法確實可以使電磁接觸器的工作性能有效提升。

英文摘要

This paper deals with the electronic actuator of an electromagnetic contactor where the output voltage of the pulsewidth-modulated actuator is made by pure hardware circuit. The system states are measured by means of additional voltage and current measurements. Adaptive hardware circuits are used to design sensory circuit that enables a wide applied voltage operation region. The electronic actuator providing the suitable energy for the exciting coils under the different operating condition, is implemented in the proposed contactor. These results in a stable
operation between making and breaking phase of the contactor and a great reduce in the electromagnetic noise and energy loss for the exciting coils. Thus, the lifespan of operation of the contactor can be greatly extended. Simulation and experimental results show that the performance is better than that of an electromagnetic contactor without electronically controlled actuator.
